I am a strong self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, that is passionate about creating delicious and well balanced healthy meals.
I am a British citizen brought up and educated in Singapore for over 16 years, with many exciting cuisines heavily influencing my love for new and exciting flavours. Having worked in the hospitality industry across the UK, Europe and Asia for 7+ years, I decided to combine my fondness to travel and deep-rooted passion for food, taking the leap to join the yachting industry. I have a spontaneous can do, chatty attitude that has consistently allowed me to flourish in all social settings and progress within this industry.
I am currently located near Sydney, Australia, after completing a busy season sailing from Florida to Indonesia, I have decided to settle down in Australia and enjoy working on land as a private chef. I have a deep passion for creating flavourful healthy dishes for both guests and crew as well as experience in sourdough, Asian, Mediterranean, Italian, British, American cuisine, gluten free diets as well as other baking skills.
