Get to know me better

Former superyacht chef with 25+ years of experience creating flavourful, restaurant-quality food for people who love great dining.

I’ve been cooking for over 25 years, starting out in kitchens in Sydney before moving to London to expand my repertoire. I later moved my career onto the ocean, spending 11 years as a super yacht chef travelling the world. and cooking for some UHNW clients, where the standard is high and every meal has to impress.

My cooking style is innovative, eclectic and flavour driven. I like to let great ingredients shine without overcomplicating things. For me it’s all about creating memorable meals and bringing people together around the table. I genuinely enjoy sharing my knowledge, experiences and love of food with the people I cook for.
