Passionate chef creating unique flavors, meaningful experiences, and moments of happiness around every table.
My journey as a chef began by doing what I love most: cooking. After leaving a career in finance to pursue my true passion, I dedicated myself fully to the culinary world. Over the past three years, I have worked in a variety of environments, including Latin American restaurants, steakhouses, cafés, hotels, and mining camps, gaining valuable experience across different cuisines and service styles.
What I enjoy most, however, is cooking for family and friends. It is in these more personal settings where I can truly explore new recipes, adapt menus to different dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences, and create meaningful dining experiences. I believe this is where the greatest challenge—and reward—lies.
Becoming a private chef feels like the perfect combination of both worlds: the opportunity to cook for individuals in a personal and thoughtful way while continuously creating, experimenting, and sharing new culinary experiences.
