I started Maccs Kitchen for one simple reason: I love giving people a restaurant-quality experience in the place they actually want to celebrate — at home, in a holiday house, or at a private venue. For me, the best meals aren’t just about food; they’re about creating a moment where everyone can relax, connect, and feel looked after.

My cooking is modern Australian with a strong focus on seafood, seasonal produce, and native ingredients when they suit the menu. I’m detail-driven in the kitchen, but easy to deal with — I’ll guide you through the options, tailor the menu to your tastes, and make sure every guest is catered for.
