Professional, friendly and ultimately, entertaining!

I am a professional chef based in Melbourne, Australia. I've been a chef for 18 years and have worked all around the world. I was the head chef of La Tabella in Airlie Beach in Queensland before moving to Perth where I opened Stonewater Restaurant in Mount Pleasant for the Perdeman Group . In Ireland I was the Executive Head Chef of the Heritage Golf club. I specialise in Italian cuisine and I am currently the consultant chef for Liliana’s Trattoria in Maroochydore.
