With a career spanning over two decades, my journey has taken me from the traditional kitchens of Italy to executive leadership roles in Australia. I have had the distinct honor of training for nearly ten years at the 4-star luxury Hotel Miramonte in Noci under a renowned Maestro di Cucina, where I learned that true culinary excellence lies in the marriage of technical precision and respect for the ingredient.

My experience is diverse, ranging from the soulful, rustic energy of a busy trattoria to the exacting standards of fine dining and executive management at Rydges Hotels. Having also owned and operated a specialized Keto café, I bring a unique ability to adapt high-end Mediterranean flavors to specific health and dietary requirements without ever compromising on taste. Now based in North Geelong, I am focused on providing a discreet, professional, and world-class service to local families who value quality and authenticity.
