I started my career in cookery two years ago, I first started working in functions but then slowly was able to start working in restaurants. I was able to practice and produce unique foods and styles that were new to me with effective speed and finesse. I’ve worked with amazing smart culinary innovators and am now wanting to challenge myself by working personally with people who love the craft.
