Originally from the UK, Emrys began his culinary journey in Europe before moving to Australia, where he went on to lead the kitchens of luxury resorts and award-winning hatted restaurants. His food philosophy is defined by precision, creativity, and respect for the ingredients, celebrating the very best of local and sustainably sourced Australian produce.

Each menu is tailored to the moment—crafted around the people, place, and purpose of the occasion. Whether it’s an intimate tasting menu, a long-table dinner, or a bespoke corporate event, I curate an experience that feels both elegant and personal, with an uncompromising attention to detail and presentation.

Chef Emrys was incredible. He provided an excellent menu that was of restaurant quality for my husband’s birthday. The food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Best tasting meal we’ve had out of our kitchen! He was friendly and warm and left the kitchen absolutely spotless which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Emrys to others looking for a great meal and an excellent experience.

Chef Emrys was wonderful! My husband and I shared a romantic dinner at home before our first bub arrives in a few weeks. Emrys was absolutely amazing! His food was delicious, well presented, and he was so polite to us while he was in our home. We got the full restaurant experience, with a full paper menu presented at the start of the meal, each course presented professionally and a full explanation of each dish. We would absolutely recommend Emrys and would love to have him cook for us again!
