a professional chef with more than a decade and half of experience. across 4 different country (including UAE Dubai) 1 seven start hotel( the burj arab) 3 different top 5 star hotel chain,( Hilton world wide, star wood /Marriott international, ALH group ), worked in 3 fine dinning restaurants, and a Michelin star chef, pre opening of 3 different restaurants including the CURE, creating delightful dishes, unforgettable experiences to my guest and building a world class team of chef.

cooking for me has been a passion from a young age, haven finished as the top chef in Hilton apprenticeship programme in 2011, attended various cooking and food competition in UAE, and I have build a career as chef, helping restaurants owners and employers to open various restaurants and pub across nations. a huge part of my professional experience has come as the head chef of banqueting and catering operation ( with over 1500 pax daily), where I had the opportunity to serve , prime ministers, ambassadors', top business man, princes and kings and all kind of personality in Kuwait, Qatar and Dubai respectively .

I believe I still have a lot to share here in Australia and learn from every chef that i have the opportunity to work with, looking for to a wonderful journey
