I have been a professional chef for the last 11 years, I completed my qualification when I was finishing high school, I worked in a couple of restaurants in Wollongong before I relocated to Melbourne in 2014. I have worked and menu designed in a number of cafes and bistros in the Inner North of Melbourne (Fitzroy, Abbotsford, Brunswick). Since completing my Teaching degree My partner and I have returned to Wollongong again. I would love to showcase my skills and provide my hospitality in a more personal intimate surroundings.

Trained during the my senior years at High School through TAFE, although I really learned to cook in restaurant kitchen from older chefs in Melbourne.
