I am a 32-year-old male chef with 12+ years of professional cooking experience. In my time as a professional chef, I have set up & run successful kitchens, managed teams, have owned & operated a fresh artisan pasta business & developed a penchant for cooking high quality, creative Italian food. Based in Coffs Harbour, NSW, I have now moved into the private chef & catering world cooking for many different clients since setting up my business, Back Deck Dinners.
