I am a professional chef having worked in the industry for 13 years i believe i have good understanding of food and culture. I lived in southeast Asia for 2 years where I have my own venue so i have had the opportunity to learn and cook along side some of southeast Asia's best chefs and gain valuable experience in particularly Vietnamese cuisine. i have a passion for food and creating a work of art of every dish.
I currently work in one of Brisbane newest venues where I have been a core part of building the new company and culinary experience.
