I'm 31 France chef,
I had studied at culinary school in France, French riviera where i come from.
My background in the kitchen is mostly Michelin star restaurants,
I consider my food like fine dining but i don't put truffles everywhere.
I love simple seasonal ingredients, like vegetables, roots etc and give them the respect they deserve
I traveled a lot and did many types of cuisine, i'm comfortable with different flavors and taste
I love to make people surprised and happy when i cook, sharing with them as well.
