Originally from the French Riviera, I am a 34-year-old French chef with over 15 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality.

My culinary journey began in France, where I trained in classical French cuisine before building my career in Michelin-starred restaurants and prestigious luxury hotels. Over the years, I have also travelled extensively, allowing me to explore different cultures, techniques and flavours while developing a versatile and refined cooking style.

My philosophy is rooted in simplicity. I believe exceptional cuisine starts with exceptional ingredients. Whether it's a perfectly ripened tomato, seasonal vegetables, fresh seafood or carefully sourced meats, my goal is always to let each ingredient express its true character through thoughtful technique and elegant presentation.

I enjoy creating personalised dining experiences that are both refined and approachable. Every menu is designed around the preferences of my guests, combining French culinary foundations with modern influences from around the world.

For me, cooking is about much more than serving beautiful food—it's about creating memorable moments, bringing people together and delivering an experience that feels effortless, warm and genuinely personal.
