With a career spanning over 14 years in the hotel industry, I've had the privilege of working in a multitude of prestigious 5-star hotels and restaurants, allowing me to cultivate an extensive and diverse skill set in culinary arts and hospitality management. I worked in Dubai for around 9 years and worked with really great chefs and learn their skill to improve myself and motivate myself to create new dishes and explore in a hotel industry.
