I am an Argentine chef with almost a decade of experience specializing in fire cooking. My passion lies in working with wood and open flames to bring out the best in each ingredient. Throughout my career, I have worked in renowned kitchens such as Fogón Asado (Michelin Guide), Chuí (Michelin Guide), Porteño (Sydney). I am exploring new culinary perspectives while seeking opportunities in world-class restaurants to continue refining my skills and expanding my knowledge of global gastronomy.
