I am an Argentine chef with six years of experience specializing in Argentine, Asian, and Spanish cuisine. My passion lies in fire cooking techniques, working with wood and open flames to bring out the best in each ingredient. Throughout my career, I have worked in renowned kitchens such as Lekeitio Vasco Oriental, Fogón Asado (Michelin Guide recommended), Amalur, and Chuí (Michelin Guide recommended) in Buenos Aires. Currently based in Massachusetts, I am exploring new culinary perspectives while seeking opportunities in world-class restaurants to continue refining my skills and expanding my knowledge of global gastronomy.
