I'm Mathis, a French chef based in Melbourne and co-founder of Maison C&M, a private dining and home chef experience I run with my partner Clara. My cooking is rooted in classical French haute cuisine, refined over years working in Michelin-starred kitchens in France and award-listed restaurants in Canada before bringing that training to Australia. Today, I design bespoke multi-course dinners and events for private clients who want a genuine fine-dining experience in the comfort of their own home.
