We pride ourselves on delivering a customised experience goes above and beyond.
Matt and David bring decades of experience from some of South Australia’s most respected kitchens. Matt trained at Assaggio and The Sebel before rising to Head Chef at Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard Restaurant, earning a Chef’s Hat and the 2016 Chef of the Year award, later continuing his success at Leonards Mill. Seeking better balance, he moved into personal cheffing, creating daily menus and bespoke dining experiences. David began his apprenticeship at the Sebel Playford, moving through roles at the Lion Hotel, Mt Lofty Ranges, Anchovy Bandit, Fugazzi, and Bar Mercato, eventually teaming up with Matt to deliver multi-course events across the state. Together, their passion for produce, flavour, and creativity now drives Next Chapter Catering.
