Raised in Indonesia, I have always loved flavour and culture of food. I moved to Sydney in 2016 to pursue my degree as Chef and has always loved how food bring people together. With 2 years of professional culinary degree and over 4 years of kitchen experience, cooking has always been fun and never boring. I have been working in hatted Japanese restaurants and always love spending my day off making pasta at home, baking cakes, or cooking Indonesian food to reminisce the flavour of home.
