Passionate about food, cultures and diversity, my curiosity brought me in Madrid, Copenhagen, New Zealand, Vietnam and Australia to work alongside some of the most inspiring chefs in the industry.
My thirst for learning and creating, combined with my experience, has allowed me to form the writing style of my cuisine.
Expressing myself and my art has always been something that I have seen as a privilege and today I am grateful to have that freedom.
