Im a proffesional chef with over 12 years experience, originally from Scotland and have lived and worked in Australia and New Zealand over the last 7 years.
I have experience in Michelin starred and hatted restaurants, busy cafes, brasseries, bistros and hotels over the course of my career.
Most recently I have been working in the corporate catering around Sydney.
I can cook a variety of different cuisines but specialize in Mediterranean food and love focusing on keeping things healthy and nutritious.
