I am old school french chef with passion for traditional food,
I am a 30 years experienced French Chef, with a Spanish and Moroccan heritage, learned from young age spices and traditional food. Went 4 years of cooking school learning the bars. After touring across France working with multiple great chef, I went to travel the world gaining more experience and learning new flavours along the journey.
I have been for 19 years in Australia bringing the original French style cooking with a little modern touch.
