I´ve been working in France about 8 years in different kinds of restaurants (gastronomic, traditional and brasserie) especially French and Italian food.
I was also in South America where I worked in Chile (as a sous chef) and Brazil (as pastry chef) and get inspiration from the differents country I visited.
