I m a professional chef with an experience of more than 14 years worked in different luxury brands hotels like Marriott, Hyatt, IHG and other brands also . I have worked in different countries like India, UAE( Dubai) and Australia. I had done my Bachelor’s in hospitality from India and had a certificate IV in commercial cookery and food supervisor certificate. I have a vast knowledge in western cuisine like French, Italian, Mexican and also have a great knowledge of Arabic and Indian cuisine.I love to play the different flavors of food which gives the guest a unique and unforgettable experience .I won many Culinary competitions in Dubai.
