A young, talented and passionate chef.
I'm a talented young chef born in new Zealand with a background in fine dining. I worked at one of New Zealand's best restaurants called clooney (3hats) for just over a year learning heaps of techniques. My latest venture i have been in Australia working in Melbourne at The Press Club Restaurant by George Calombaris (2hats). I was there for 2.5 years working my up through the ranks and really developed as a chef. I'm a very confident and social person.
