Hi I'm Susan

A little about me……

After earning my stripes working in an Italian deli\restaurant overseas, I returned to Australia and completed my chef and patisserie qualifications here in Adelaide. I've been in the business of hospitality for longer than I can remember!

I felt like there was room for a fabulous, bespoke and chef curated grazing table option for celebrations, parties and events. I love parties! Nothing is better than being amongst friends and loved ones and enjoying some seriously good nibbles.

Im passionate about local Adelaide produce and locally sourced cheeses. I make everything where possible from scratch and I love seeing people enjoying food I have created.

I aim to use recycled materials whenever possible, so after your event everything can go straight in the recycling bin.

Ill arrive at your function, you provide the table, ill set up and all that’s left to do is for you and your guests and loved ones to feast.

just chill some champagne, put on your favorite playlist and ill take care of the rest.
