I got my formal education at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry working from hotels, cafes & pubs. Food has truly evolved the past decade but nothing escapes the excitement of making new food, sharing new experiences and meeting new people. Food is truly exciting in its own way; from its raw state to bringing out the best of an ingredient and end up with something unforgettable. And as the chef, it is up to me to translate it to my guest to enjoy every bite is a culinary journey on its own.
