I am a professional chef currently for 3 years with multiple backgrounds from Asian food: Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and bit of Malaysian food to some of Italian cuisine. I enjoy working with proteins especially steaks and duck breast and not a the best in desserts. I am still growing, lacking experience however, I want to bring my food to the table of as many people as I can, showing the passion, the love and the dedication I have for cooking.

Chef Vu Nhat Minh Tran was sensational! Great food, incredibly polite and respectful. Highly recommend.

The Chef was punctual and prepared and really determined for our guests to relax and enjoy their experience. He was so polite and put his efforts into each dish he served. Flavours were outstanding! Would definitely recommend :)
