Cooking for some are pride but for me is love, passion and pleasure

I am a professional chef currently for 3 years with multiple backgrounds from Asian food: Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and bit of Malaysian food to some of Italian cuisine. I enjoy working with proteins especially steaks and duck breast and not a the best in desserts. I am still growing, lacking experience however, I want to bring my food to the table of as many people as I can, showing the passion, the love and the dedication I have for cooking.
