Chef Yanna Hermoso

I'm a chef originally from the Philippines where I graduated with a Culinary Arts and Hospitality degree. I moved here to Australia in 2018 and immersed myself in the diverse culture and admired the vast native ingredients here. With 10 years of working in various kitchens, I've gained knowledge in different global cuisines and techniques.

Through my culinary journey, I've learnt the overwhelming impact on food waste. That is why I practice minimising my waste whenever I can and use local, seasonal ingredients as much as possible. I'm an easygoing chef and I can cater from casual to fine dining dishes. I usually work in the kitchen with my partner so it would be your lucky day to have us both or either one of us!
