Delicious food and mindful cooking

I’m a chef from the Philippines with a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality. Since moving to Australia in 2018, I’ve immersed myself in its diverse food culture and developed a deep appreciation for its exceptional native and seasonal ingredients.

With over 10 years of experience across a variety of professional kitchens, I’ve built a strong foundation in multiple global cuisines and refined a wide range of culinary techniques. My experience has shaped a versatile cooking style that balances creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail. I've also worked with a catering company where I've experienced cooking at multiple private homes for different occasions.

Throughout my culinary journey, I’ve also become increasingly aware of the significant amount of waste generated within the industry. This has inspired me to adopt a more mindful and sustainable approach to cooking by minimising waste wherever possible and prioritising seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
