I am an international Private CHEF with over 20 years of hands-on experience, shaped by living, working, and cooking across different cultures and continents.

My journey has taken me from the relaxed island lifestyle of Hawaii to the Mediterranean soul of the Algarve, from the high-end expectations of Dubai to the vibrant kitchens of Rio de Janeiro and the demanding private dining scene of Miami. Each place refined not only my technique, but my understanding of food as culture, identity, and connection.

My culinary focus is rooted in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with particular expertise in risottos, where precision, timing, and respect for ingredients make all the difference. Alongside this, I proudly bring authentic Brazilian flavors to the table, including traditional Brazilian-style barbecue and the iconic moqueca capixaba with shrimp, a dish that represents balance, freshness, and heritage.

Everything is meant to be enjoyed as it should: honest food, well executed, and often paired with an authentic caipirinha, prepared the traditional way.

Throughout my career as a Private CHEF, I have worked with families, executives, and international clients who value discretion, consistency, and genuine flavors over trends. My cooking philosophy is simple: real food, cultural respect, and memorable experiences built around the table.

Now based in Belgium, I offer private dining experiences that combine global experience, Mediterranean sensibility, and Brazilian soul, always adapted to my client's lifestyle and expectations.
