Hi, I’m a private chef from the Canary Islands with over 15 years of experienceand yes, I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way.

My journey has taken me through Italy, Norway, Spain, Australia, and Switzerland, so my cooking comes with a passport full of flavors. I like to mix things up: a bit of Mediterranean sunshine, a touch of Nordic precision, and plenty of creativity on every plate.

I’m all about bold flavors, good vibes, and food that actually makes you smile. Whether it’s a relaxed dinner with friends or something a bit more special, I create experiences that feel personal, fun, and (most importantly) delicious.
