I’m a private chef with four years of fine dining experience in Panama, East Africa and the U.S., including La Tapa del Coco in Panama City. I specialize in personalized dining experiences, from intimate dinners to private events. While known for my BBQ and soul food, I create custom menus across a variety of cuisines, including dietary-specific options. Inspired by my grandfather, also a chef, I believe great food brings people together. I speak English, conversational Spanish, and I’m available to travel throughout Panama.
