I am Chef Rose Alero Eyen, a passionate chef, caterer, and the creative force behind Sanolicious Events & Catering.

My love for food started at home, inspired by my mother. I watched her cook with so much passion and happiness, especially when she saw people enjoy her food. That experience planted something special in me—the understanding that food is not just about feeding people; it is about love, connection, celebration, and creating unforgettable memories.

Today, I bring that same passion into every meal I prepare.

I love creating food that is rich in flavour, beautifully presented, satisfying, and made with genuine care. From authentic Nigerian favourites to carefully crafted intercontinental dishes, I enjoy turning simple ingredients into meals that people talk about long after the event.

As a chef and caterer, I don't just prepare food—I pay attention to the entire experience. The taste, presentation, portioning, timing, service, and little details all matter to me. My background in business administration, entrepreneurship, event planning, and operations has also taught me how to combine creativity with professionalism.

Through Sanolicious Events & Catering, my goal is simple: to make every client feel confident, every guest feel welcomed, and every meal feel special.

For me, being a chef is more than a profession. It is my passion, my creativity, and one of the ways I bring joy to people.
