I am a professional chef with over 7 years of experience and a graduate of Ferrandi Paris, one of the world’s leading culinary art schools. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in renowned restaurants, luxury hotels, and pastry shops, including Casadelmar Hotel’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant and the iconic Stohrer pastry shop in Paris, among many others.

While I specialize in pastry, my true passion lies in creating simple, comforting meals that are both healthy and delicious. I focus on developing wholesome recipes, ranging from desserts and snacks to full weekly meal preps, that not only nourish the body but also bring joy and comfort.

For me, food is a form of self-care. It’s about striking a balance between indulgence and mindfulness, making sure that what you put into your body supports both well-being and happiness.

I’ve also created an official e-cookbook, where I share my favorite quick, healthy, and flavorful recipes. Cooking, for me, is about more than just technique.

It’s about spreading love, joy, and balance through every dish. And I believe that’s something we all deserve to experience.
