Get to know me better
I am a Chef Restaurateur originally from Ireland based on the French Riviera. My restaurant was voted in the top 10 brunch restaurants in Ireland
My wife, a film producer, and I have been based on the French Riviera since early 2023. With more than two decades working at the highest levels in top kitchens in Ireland as head chef & executive chef, I opened my first restaurant just over 11 years ago. After 10 incredibly successful years I sold my restaurant and we moved to Cannes to follow my dream of exploring food, wine and produce in the South of France and on the Mediterranean. I am planning my next restaurant which will open in 2025.
For the past year I have been working with restaurants in Mougins, Cannes, Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. consulting on new menus and kitchen design. I also do private dining, most recently, I did a number of private dinners at the Cannes Film Festival. I love creating relaxed and intimate dinners tailored for small groups of family or friends. Allowing you time sit back, relax and enjoy time with your guests.
I have also got my sailing licence.
