I am a passionate chef who loves creating memorable experiences through food.

“My name is Alfonso Langella, an Italian chef with 12 years of international experience between London, Spain (north and south), and Paris. For the past two years, I have been working as Sous Chef at the restaurant Mareluna, Château de Théoule. I am a creative chef with a passion for elegant and refined cuisine, strengthened by my knowledge of fermentation techniques. I speak English, French, Spanish, and Italian, which allows me to connect easily with clients from different cultures and backgrounds.
