I am a young passionate chef from the dominican republic that has been travelling around the world learning and cooking in various kitchens some awarded with michelin stars or guide recommendations. previously living in palma de mallorca working in a michelin restaurant and now i decided to continue my journey in athens ready to learn about local flavors, culture and new challenges.
