Dedicated, conscientious and creative. My Italian heritage, South African upbringing and my travels to Asia have given me a unique cooking style.
I am a professional chef and have been head chef of my own restaurant for the past 9 years. I am self taught but have worked under some of the very best private chefs in Switzerland and France. I have a unique style melding classic dishes with an Asian twist and often dishes that are influenced by my South African childhood. I have been cooking with my italian mother and grandmother since I was a child and have an inherent passion for flavour, authenticity and quality produce.
