Recently arrived in my hometown Strasbourg in France after 10 years of travelling around the best restaurants in the world ( Daniel Boulud in Toronto CA, Hilton Park Lane London UK, Iceberg dining room in Bondi Sydney).
I decided to start my own private chef company in Alsace, known as one of the best wine regions in the world.
I propose fine dining experience with classic french food twist with worldwide ingredients source locally.
