Opened my first restaurant ‘Byro Allé’ in Saint Paul de Vence in 2020, and my second restaurant ‘Allé Allé’ in 2023.
I’m a self-taught cook with a background in product design and visual design.
Passionate about everything related to food.
My cooking can be characterized by its uniqueness - coming from no particular country of origin. Daring to try new combinations.
My main focus and drive, is the aspect of health, I believe food should heal and nourish. My biggest motivator has always been to prove that healthy food can be absolutely delicious.
I am a collector of spices, ceramics and cookbooks from around the world.
The real protagonists in my cooking are the ingredients.
To me, food is a form of art.
