My work as a chef was born from the desire to transform simple ingredients into experiences that stay in people’s memories. I began my journey in Brazil, where I developed my eye for color, texture, and a vibrant, soulful approach to cooking. In Portugal, I refined my technique, created signature dishes for restaurants, and worked as a Private Chef for athletes and even a TV actress — always focusing on performance, well-being, and flavor.

I’m a specialist in healthy cuisine, combining creativity, fresh ingredients, and a natural, lively style that brings every dish to life. Now based on the Côte d’Azur, I bring this vision to intimate dinners, private events, and personalized menus that highlight health, pleasure, and aesthetics in every detail.
