I’m an Italian private chef passionate about creating authentic, homemade dishes that bring people together around the table.
My name is Margherita Bardine I’m 22 years old and I’m an Italian private chef based in Paris. I recently graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, one of the world’s most prestigious culinary schools, but cooking has always been my true passion, long before I stepped into a professional kitchen.
Before pursuing my culinary career, I graduated from Liceo Classico Galileo and completed two years of Economics and Business studies at Università Cattolica in Milan. Still, I knew that my future was in the kitchen.
I specialise in authentic Italian recipes, passed down through tradition, but during my studies I also trained in classic French cuisine and explored culinary techniques and flavours from around the world.
