With over eight years of experience in the culinary world having worked in palace establishments, as an independent private chef and most recently as an executive consultant chef for a five star resort rooted in wellness and overall nutrition. My work reflects a diverse and evolving culinary journey.

My culinary identity is shaped by my cultural food heritage, my childhood growing up in between America and Europe (Italy and south of France) and my evolution within French gastronomy, creating a dialogue between cultures, techniques, and stories. At the core of my work is a deep respect for the product, with a precise understanding of ingredients, their origin, their seasonality, and their full potential.

I develop a cuisine that is product driven, seasonal, and guided by experimentation, allowing me to reinterpret flavors through a contemporary and intentional lens. What I am most proud of is my ability to bridge nutritional intelligence with true sensory satisfaction, creating dishes that nourish the body while fully engaging the senses.
