I am a professional chef, currently working as a CDP in Michelin starred restaurant JAN.

I am originally from South Africa, with Portuguese and Chinese parents. These major influences in my life have allowed me to play with and develop flavours from all over the world.

I am extremely passionate about using products in their entirety.

I believe that cooking should be fun and effortless whilst still being refined and elegant.
