My name is Anna Nikita Kurtisa, but I am commonly known as Niki Kurt.
I have been living in Italy for over 20 years, where I have refined my culinary and sommelier skills working in restaurants. I am an active member of both the Italian Chefs Federation and the Association of Italian Sommeliers. I also proud to take a part of Culinary team where as a team we took gold in Italian Championship Competition. I have assisted also as voluntary chef in Iron man World Championship.
I specialise in healthy, simple, light Mediterranean/Italian cuisine, with a particular emphasis, on seafood.
The past 4 years, I have been engaged as a private chef, sole chef in the charter and private operating programs in yacht and teaching chef in Gambero rosso food and wine academy.
