“I would like to make people happy with food.”
I have been working in kitchens for about ten years. I started in simple restaurants and later moved on to Michelin-starred ones.
Italian cuisine is my foundation—it’s what I grew up with—but I’ve also had the opportunity to learn a great deal about Japanese cuisine. I love its flavors, and sometimes I enjoy blending them.
I grew up in Italy but have always traveled to learn about different cultures, especially to taste dishes from around the world. I now live in Paris, where I moved to learn more about French cuisine.
