Get to know me better

I’m a true hedonist, using cooking as a way to delight others — and myself!

I’ve been passionate about cooking since my early years, when my parents introduced me to the pleasures of gastronomy. After a first career as a financial consultant, I began a transition and started training as a chef.

It’s now been four years, and I’ve had the opportunity to work in several restaurants as well as for private events, mainly in Paris and along the French Riviera.

My culinary repertoire ranges from comforting dishes to more refined plates, influenced both by our wonderful region and my many travels around the world.

I always make it a point to create dishes that reflect the seasons and feature fresh, locally available ingredients.

I’d be happy to discuss everything with you in order to craft the perfect menu for your event.
