He also struck the right balance between leaving us to enjoy our dinner party, and being engaging and chatting with us when we wanted to ask him questions (which you will want to do when the food is THIS good).

Firstly it was the menu that made us go for Alan and he really delivered. Lovely food, prepared and presented beautifully. All 5 courses were excellent. Alan also made the evening tick perfectly. It was a Valentine’s dinner but we chose to eat in the kitchen/diner so we could see him at work which was great and Alan was a lot of fun to chat to. Definitely recommend Alan.

Chef Darius provided a seamless dining experience from start to finish. He was even able to provide extra cutlery/dishes if they were required. The food was presented exceptionally and tasted even better! My guests and I were extremely impressed by the service and menu offered by Chef Darius - our personal favourite was the fillet of steak, which was cooked to everyone’s requirements. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress-free and exceptional dining experience in the comfort of their home. As an added bonus to the evening the kitchen was left spotless!
