Highly recommend Alberto! I hosted 16 girls in the south of France and worked with him for most of our dinners, he and his team were fantastic - polite and professional, the multi course meals were delicious and unique, the table scapes thoughtful. We pivoted the last day to do a pasta making class before dinner and it was no trouble at all, he was also open to feedback throughout.

Alberto went above and beyond. Polite, clear, attentive and responsive. Adjusted for every possible change in our schedule, choices, organisation and gave great advice when I needed assistance. He made magic out of a budget considered quite strict, in beautiful plates, the flavour was magnificent. For any and all that consider working with him i strongly advise you do! Thank you

We are very happy with our experience with Alberto. Alberto’s cooking is fantastic, he understood exactly what our family needs and produced delicious dishes for every meal. Alberto has taken us on a journey around Italy and then around the world. Every dish was excellent. Alberto thought about overall experience and left us some amazing fruit platters, home made ice creams and sorbets for an afternoon snack. He remembered our dietary requirements better than ourselves. Alberto cooked wonderful dishes for my kids as well, healthy, nutritious and tasty. I look forward to working with Alberto again.

Chef Alberto Montanaro was absolutely amazing. I was planning a trip to the French Riviera from the US with no knowledge or experience being this was our first time to France. The service paired us with Alberto who set us up with a menu based on feedback from us. He did all the grocery shopping for us and prepared all the meals based on the time we requested the food to be ready and did all the serving, setup and atmosphere. He also cleaned up afterwards as if he wasn't even there. Highly recommend him to anyone.

10/10 all the way. chef went above and beyond and met all of our requests. food was outstanding from breakfast to dinner. chef was very friendly and accommodating also to our 3 kids. could not imagine a better experience.
