I’m a professional chef with over 15 years of experience, from busy professional kitchens to leading a full catering operation as a Head Chef.

I love creating food that is fresh, seasonal and full of flavour, using quality ingredients and, whenever possible, working with local producers and farms. Like focus on simplicity, balance and letting great ingredients speak for themselves.

I enjoy creating menus around the people I’m cooking for, whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration or a relaxed gathering with friends. For me, good private dining is about great food, a relaxed atmosphere and making the whole experience feel personal.
