My journey took me to Mexico, where I successfully owned and operated a trattoria, blending Italian tradition with local influences to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Currently based in London, I bring my expertise and creativity in Covent Garden, a prestigious venue where I craft refined dishes that reflect both innovation and authenticity. My international experience, combined with my passion for personalized and elegant cuisine, allows me to adapt to diverse culinary demands while staying true to my Italian heritage.
