Italian chef with deep roots in Italy's rich culinary tradition, I have honed my craft across the globe. Growing up immersed in the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine, I developed a profound respect for quality ingredients and genuine tastes. My journey took me to Mexico, where I successfully owned and operated a trattoria, blending Italian tradition with local influences to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
Currently based in London, I bring my expertise and creativity in Covent Garden, a prestigious venue where I craft refined dishes that reflect both innovation and authenticity. My international experience, combined with my passion for personalized and elegant cuisine, allows me to adapt to diverse culinary demands while staying true to my Italian heritage.
